Do I guarantee that nobody on the planet will ever be allergic to one of my ingredients? That would be impossible. Do I guarantee that everyone in the world is going to love our products? An awful lot of people do, but there are always exceptions. I do guarantee that my aromatherapy products are as good as I can possibly make them for you, but I cannot accept returns on my artisan hand-crafted products.
