January 2012 – Food Bliss III “Diet for our Species”


Chef Wendell and I are offering our third Food Bliss Workshop series starting November 1st.  We focus on the benefits of local foods to create vibrant health and well-being. Chef Wendell’s vegetarian and vegan cooking and lecturing expertise along with my Raw Food culinary, nutrition, and holistic healing expertise meld together in an exciting and fun-loving series of classes.  If you love feeling fabulous, vibrant, joyful and seeing all areas of your life improve, our workshops are for you!  Although our food demonstrations will be a blend of vegetarian, vegan and raw cuisine, you do not have to be vegetarian to enjoy and learn from our classes!
